Oma, Birthday, and the Beach...

Another exciting week in the Stolte household. Firstly the long awaited arrival of Oma Loef came. All the kids were excited and we are all really happy and pleased to have her here. As you can see the weather changed for the better to co-incide with her arrival.

And then on Thursday it was our "2-year-olds "birthday. Phillip turned 3. He was a little worried that his Mum would now not have her 2 year old, but he soon got over that when he saw the presents.

And of course I have the daily grind of studies. All of my life seems to be swallowed up in it, not leaving time for anything else..... as you can see :). Here some of the seminarians spent some time studying the dynamics of a hockey ball...

Today we all went to Lake Michigan. The weather wasn't great, but the fresh air was good and the children were more than willing to get themselves wet even though we didn't think that putting their togs on was a good idea (who needs togs to get wet anyway... right!)

And back by popular demand.... Here is another photo of Emmaleigh. She continues to do well, and is growing like a weed... I think... She's still pretty small though. She gets lots of cuddles from her siblings to make up for any that she would be missing out on back home...
