Some Snow Photo's

The children really getting into the building of snow-forts and snowmen.Jacob and Phillip clearing a path on the footpath.Here is the whole family clearing the Seminary pond of snow. The pond froze over, but it snowed the next day, so prior to skating we had to clear it otherwise the snow freezes to the ice. Just so we can do this...

and this... The children and Georgina were out on it again today, but it was getting cold, and then it rained. Hopefully the ice will hold up and not melt, so we can go again on Monday.

It's getting cold

It's definitely getting colder in Dyer, Indiana. As you will see, the snow has arrived, the pond has frozen over, and the kids are loving it. First a few pictures of a couple of the children.

Phillip climbing the rope ladder at the park

Johanna is becoming quite the baker. Mind you she likes the tasting side of it as well.

We celebrated Georgina's birthday last Tuesday. Guess how old!

About Time!!!

We have been rather slack on the blog up-date side of things lately. Here are a few of our latest photos. We really haven't been doing anything extra lately, so we don't have much to share. Here's Georgia with her wooden plane;

Ah, yes! Juliette is our seamstress at the moment. She finds material and starts making all kinds of clothes. For this creation, she bought an old sheet at the Thrift Store and hand-sewed this.

Every now and then the girls think Jake needs to be tied up. He's not going anywhere in a hurry like this.

Emmaleigh under the shower. Just look at the face... it spells mischief! She is growing fast in both size and attitude...
